utassert having problems with DBMS_PIPE Carsten Sperber csperber c.sperber@t-p.com With the user SYSTEM you can grant EXECUTE ANY PROCEDURE to user.

GRANT EXECUTE ANY PROCEDURE TO ;

Then you can compile utassert.
